Re: Water District upgrades and Projects for System Improvements

 

To all Water System Users,

We Constantly strive to provide the best service and best water quality to all our users. These efforts, as well as system maintenance, require funds to accomplish. These burdens must be borne by the user, unless another source of funds if found.

We have been working with the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEH&E) thru the Chickasaw Nation to try and obtain another source of funds for these projects. These funds are provided through the Indian Health Service. In order to utilize this source of funding, we need to provide some information to the Chickasaw Nation OEH & E, namely the physical address of Native Americans who are users of the system.

 

If you or any members of your household are of Native America descent, please complete 1 of the 2 methods provided below at your convenience before July 31, 2022.

We do not need your name or any form of documentation, such as CDIB card, nor do we need any documentation of tribal affiliation. You do not have to hold any tribal documentation to answer this request, simply whether you or a household member (s) are of Native American descent and your physical or 911 address.
